Where is delivery included? 

Delivery is included within 15 miles of zip code 07940.  We can deliver for an up-charge up to 30 miles of zip code 07940.  We will work out best time for drop-off and pickup when we talk.

What is included in a backdrop?

Everything you see in the image will be included for the backdrop you purchase, including set up and take down/pick up.  There is a chance a prop can be replaced if it is damaged, but will be replaced with a very similar prop and will look as much like the original backdrop on site.

Do you offer refunds? 

We will provide a refund if we cancel due to inclement weather. If you cancel with one week notice, we can refund.  We are happy to move date of event (as long as we have availability for your make up date) at no charge.  We can not refund if you cancel less than a week from the event (if not weather related).

Do you do custom backdrops?

Yes! We are happy to work with you for a custom backdrop.
